Helpful Hints for a Healthy Sleep

Get enough sleep: ages 6-13 need 9-11hrs; ages 14-17 need 8-10hrs; adults need 7-9hrs.

Set a consistent sleep schedule: go to bed at the same time and wake up at the same time.
